iPad Photo and Video screensaver

I was frustrated with the lack of a screensaver app that I enjoyed the iPad. So developed a simple little app called tweetwallsaver.

Calling it a dynamic Photo & Video Screensaver app plus its a very basic twitter client for the iPad. I'll post more information in the review section but felt its worth mentioning in this section as well seeing its somewhat related to wallpapers.
Some of the features are:

* 14 unique photo transitions will keep you entertained as you enjoy the bundled pictures or pictures stored in your photo gallery.

* Play videos you added through iTunes in the videomode. Enjoy your videos with 6 unique dynamic video transitions.

Proof Of Untethered Jailbreak iPhone 4 Via pod2G Video

In a recent blog post, pod2g posted a video of an untethered Jailbroken iPhone 4. This is proof that the upcoming iOS 5.0 and iOS 5.0.1 Jailbreak will work on iPhone as well as iPod Touch. In the post he stated that the Jailbreak is "near ready for prime time" but this does not include the iPhone 4S and the iPad 2.

Polycom unveils video conferencing app for iPad 2

Polycom has announced the launch of a new application designed for tablets that will work with the iPad 2, Motorola Xoom and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, application which will allow high-quality conferencing between tablets. Called “RealPresense Mobile”, the app will be free to download from each tablet’s relevant stores and can run point-to-point conversations between two devices on standard network connections. Business customers who are already familiar with Polycom products can register their applications with Polycom Registry and thus be able to access additional features, like multi-point conferencing, content sharing and access to call directories.

The app supports VPN clients so it can be used over Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G networks alike. According to the marketing director at Polycom, Daniel Weisbeck, there’s a need for such an application due to the increased growth of tablet use in enterprises. "The key differentiator for this application is based on the development relationship we have with the vendors so we are able to use our loss packet recovery technology to provide a high-level of call quality," Weisbeck said. Polycom is not at their first venture into tablet applications, as they have previously developed one for Galaxy Tab 7”, which was unveiled at Mobile World Congress back in February, and which, according to Weisbeck, was “hugely popular”. "We were really over-subscribed with demand for the Galaxy Tab 7" product and based on user feedback and development have been working to develop the application to make it as easy to use as possible," he said.

YourTube does not save video after restart

With respect to the thing of youtube, I end up deleting tweak, even if it was an incredible. I'm sure that better one comes along.

Video always 16 x 9?

Adjusted (or think that I made) by double tapping screen during the filming.

Also tried double listening to reading, and although it reduced the black bars, it is not eliminate these. And Yes, it is about the films recorded on iPad.

It seems strange the image fills the entire screen during the recording of the bars but black on the reading. It is a small image considered regardless of the orientation of the iPad.

Streaming from my PC! Video and sound!

Hello!

I would like to monitor my PC video streaming (flash, etc), and the DVD. Perhaps even play some PC games if I'm lucky, but not, it grows.

Is there something better than VNC? Iswifter and other programs of "easy Flash" are obviously using a kind of remote streaming video and other software, but all have limitations that would not promote my home PC.

I use Mocha VNC lite to play Pogo and yahoo games and chat in a room in JavaScript, that I love. But his and streaming video would rock!

Want to make video + 2-hour continuous; Can't.

Want to 2-hour + video continuous; Can't. I want to make a video for a long time. Point to the baseball diamond, leave it alone and save the League game shortly together when my grandson is pitching. Clearly there is enough memory (64 GB) and enough battery for 2 or 3 hours, but he stops recording "automatically" after about an hour, and I can't find a way to control that.

The notion of a "tethered" jailbreak is pretty new to many people, so here's a quick rundown on what to expect:

1. If you're on an iPhone3G, old-bootrom iPhone3GS, or non-MC Model iPod touch 2G, life is easy. redsn0w installed an untethered jailbreak and so nothing below applies.

2. "Tethered" does not mean you cannot boot at all without PC/Mac assistance. If you have not installed any tweaks that hook into important programs like SpringBoard or CommCenter, your device will actually boot. However, jailbreak programs like Cydia won't work (and Cydia may still have a white icon). Also, certain built-in apps that had to be moved by Cydia will fail (Safari being the most noticeable example).

3. If you've installed MobileSubstrate tweaks that hook into SpringBoard or other important programs, your boot will actually fail (you'll get stuck at the Apple logo). You need to use redsn0w to "Just boot tethered right now".
