I am interested in the stylus choices that don't repeatedly come up as Google results, can you tell me any? Maybe some crazy Chinese websites that have silly/wacky stuff?
At the moment I like the JAVO ipad stylus because it can be stored in the 30 pin connector socket when not in use. It sure is tiny though and I plan to you is for painting. Does anyone use the tiny JAVO stylus? Do you paint with it for extended periods of time?
For the artists a quick question please
can you recommend a normal size stylus for painting on the iPad? The best stylus for me would require the least amount of pressure to work effectively.
thanks a bunch

Can you recommend some less well known stylus manufacturers?
BoxWave Capacitive iPad Stylus (Jet Black)
While capacitive touch screens are great, one flaw is the inability to use a stylus. Not anymore! BoxWave's Capacitive Stylus allows you to use your iPad without ever touching the screen with your finger. Perfect for the ladies out there who have their nails done, or for those who don't want to take their gloves off during a cold day. The Capacitive Stylus is conveniently sized, and designed like a pen to fit just about anywhere.Price: $24.95
Probably the least-fancy stylus ever created. Ho humStylus: Targus versus Stylus-R-Us Roger iWand
I like the Roger iWand better than the Targus:
1. It is longer and easier to use in hand.
2. It does not require any pressure to use--even with the Zagg screen protector.
1. It is longer and easier to use in hand.
2. It does not require any pressure to use--even with the Zagg screen protector.
A little nit or two:
1. The Targus is readily available, if you loose your iWand, it will take at least three days to replace--using US Post.
2. Every once in awhile of heavy use, you do have to fluff up the head by stroking it on the hook side of Velcro, a towel also works.
I was very reluctant to endorse the iWand because it seemed too good to be true. But it does live up to the hyperbole heralded in numerous postings by a remarkably rabid fan.
