John Paczkowski at AllThingsD reports that Apple has finally won approval that he was seeking to sell the iPad 3 G 2 in mainland China, which by chance (or perhaps not a coincidence if!) came just as Apple has also announced that he is about to open its first store retail in Hong Kong?s International Finance Centre shopping mallwould have been on 24 September. The decision of the Chinese Government has come through for Apple Monday, when China?s Ministry of industry and Information technology certified the iPad 3 G 2 for use on networks in China. Paczkowski, says that it is more likely that China Unicom will be Apple?s carrier partner in the sale of this last iPad 2. Apparently the iPad 3 G 2 to also appear on the online shop China Apple?s, with the message that it will be shipping to ?two to three weeks. ?
In another AllThingsD report on the opening of the new Hong Kong Apple store, Paczkowski notes that Apple clearly sees China its next great market and that Apple should open a sixth Shanghai store later in the same year. Indeed, in June, on call to gains in July, Apple?s and then acting and now permanent CEO, Tim Cook, said of the Chinese market: ?I think that there is an opportunity to incredible there. ?
