Software to print coupon that most sites generally have a PC or a Mac and iPads are not supported. To my knowledge, there is currently no iPad application which supports coupon printing that, given that the iPads have become so popular, I would be surprised if that has not changed in the near future.

Generally an attachment received via e-mail requires a program compatible (PPA) to open it. Thus, you will need to look in the iPad App Store to find what app can open attachments you receive. Probably Googling is an easy way to find some suggestions for applications that will work; many are free, too, or have little free time span versions, it is a persistent value.
