Full-screen mirror with hdmi

Does anyone know if it is possible to force full-screen (or at least 720 p) mode on a samsung LCD?You can't really force 720 p, that this resolution is higher, then that iPad supplies, however, you can use the Samsungs menu to stretch the video input provided.

Can you open the menu, under one of the tabs, there should be an option to adjust the size of the Image, if you define that nationally, will spread the image. It will still be full screen well.
