MacRumors reports today that it has learned that Apple is trying to find a way to merge all the different Apple ID that a user may be juggling in a single connection. According to the report, it is mainly because as developers iOS tests 5 and iCloud found that having multiple connections Apple ID proves to be a problem. Apparently, users of MobileMe said that having several Apple ID proves be particularly problematic for them, particularly in the use of automatic downloads. MacRumors is a reference to a story on TUAW back in May that made the same question, and at that time, Apple had indicated that it would not be consolidation accounts Apple ID.
