Trojan horse on iPad

Hello, I think that my ipad has a Trojan horse... My antivirus detecs one, im using windows 7. The location of the Downloader Trojan horse detected here (C: Users\Dj Marion\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup) there are tons of Trojans detected in the backup folder. While these means whenever my ipad in the computer that it syncs gets infected? How I am going to delete?
