Can the wallpaper that be fixed?

Hi all

I want an iPad to a customer used for software that I wrote, but I want to fix the desktop, so it shows my logo etc. with contact information and the like.

Is there any way to the iPad to make fixed wallpaper? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
